She was recently seen holidaying in a swimsuit just a few weeks after it was revealed she is pregnant.
But Hayden Panettiere has now shown off her bare baby bump for the first time as she stepped out with her fiancé Wladimir Klitschko on Sunday.
The Nashville star and the professional boxer were seen enjoying the sunny delights of Porto Cervo in Sardinia.

Hayden opted for a loose-fitting black top to showcase her bump and teamed her look with a pair of loose-fitting trousers.
He also dressed down for the occasion in a purple T-shirt and a pair of checked shorts as well as a pair of sandals.
Earlier in the day, Hayden was seen sporting a longer black top which didn't showcase her bump quite so well.

Both stars opted for matching sunglasses to accessorise their look as they went on a stroll in Italy.
This comes after it was reported late in May that the 24-year-old actress and Wladimir were expecting their first child together.
