An Australian newspaper owned by Rupert Murdoch has decided to defy the "ridiculous" ban placed on the controversial photo that shows Kate Middleton's bare bottom.
The original photo was taken during the Australian tour that the Royals had back in April. The wardrobe malfunction occurred on an incredibly windy day when the Duchess was boarding a helicopter.
A huge gust of wind swooped her dress up and displayed her behind to a photographer nearby.

The Sydney Daily Telegraph also published the photo the day after it was released in German tabloid Bild.
Although most British publications are refusing to publish the photo out of respect for the Royal family, Telegraph writer Annette Sharp has spoken out about why she thinks the ban is ridiculous.
"It seems a bit ridiculous to expect the rest of the world's media to follow suit, particularly in a world in which flesh and commercialism go hand in hand," she explained. "If the Duchess can't be bothered protecting herself by having hem weights sewn into her garments, why should the media protect her?"
This isn't the first time Kate Middleton has been captured in a compromising position.
In 2012, French magazine Closer controversially published a photo of topless Kate who was vacationing with Prince William at a private chateau.
