She was due to tie the knot with longtime love Johannes Huebl in the fall.
But Olivia Palermo allegedly wed the German model in a 'secret, quickie' ceremony at the Manhattan City Hall on Saturday.
According to the New York Post, the couple had planned to get married in St Barths later this year, but changed the date because Johannes faced visa issues and may have been forced to leave the United States.

'They were planning a big wedding in the fall, but Johannes left Wilhelmina Models last year, and he currently isn't with an agency, and was told he would have to leave the US in September,' a source told the publication's Page Six.
'Olivia's friends were surprised when they got married at City Hall on Saturday, with the only guests being his friend Ulli Saeuberlich and her parents, who weren't happy with the rush, but decided to be there at the last minute,' added the insider.
But Olivia's spokesperson Barbara Saint-Aime told the Post that the couple were not yet married.
'They had always planned to have a small civil wedding in June. The whole visa thing is not relevant. They have been together for six-and-a-half years, they got engaged this past January. They travel so much during the summer, they really don't have much time to plan things. They are not married yet. They are doing a much smaller civil ceremony in the States this month and they are planning to do something much larger later on.'

The couple were spotted last week obtaining a marriage license.
The pair reportedly spent an hour at the City Clerk Marriage Bureau.
'Friends set us up, and it just fell right into place. We're a great team,' Olivia said in Brides Magazine's June/July edition.
'We understand and respect each other, and we make each other better people. It also helps that we both work in fashion and can travel the world together. We get to see the world through each other's eyes.'

It's no surprise why the fashion maven would want to spend the rest of her life with the real-life Adonis, whose nickname is 'Joe Hotness.'
The Brooklyn-based couple will celebrate their seven-year anniversary in November.
Olivia is currently the spokesmodel for Westward Leaning sunglasses.
The City starlet also runs an e-commerce website with The Fancy, and she has served as guest judge on Project Runway.
