Shia LaBeouf has now been released from jail, after he was arrested and taken out of a New York theatre during a performance of Cabaret on Broadway last night for "acting disorderly."
The 28 year-old was reportedly smoking inside the theatre and appeared drunk, police told ABC News. When he was asked to leave because of his disruptive behaviour, he allegedly refused and threatened police officers and other people outside of the theatre.

The actor was pictured emerging from the jail earlier today, wearing a ripped blue tee, skinny jeans and boots, before he then walked several blocks to a hotel, surrounded by media the whole way.
He has been charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and one of harassment and criminal trespassing.

According to The New York Post, when he was arrested, Shia yelled: "I'll f*** you up" and called one a "f**".
The Transformers star was also reportedly muzzled with a face mask because he wouldn't stop spitting.
He allegedly even told one officer: "I have millions and millions of dollars and attorneys... I'm going to ruin your career."
Despite the controversial star being quizzed, the Mail Online claim that he refused to comment, when he left jail today.
The actor is now due back in court on July 24.
