Iggy Azalea wasn't a fan of fellow chart-topper Lorde's tribute to Nirvana at the Rock Hall of Fame induction earlier this year.
17-year-old Lorde performed with Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic for the Kurt Cobain tribute back in April, which also saw Joan Jett, Kim Gordon and St. Vincent joining in on the vocals.
In a cover story with Billboard Magazine, Iggy has hit out at the decision to include Lorde in the tribute, insisting that Cobain should have been honoured with a performance from his "peers".
"Nothing against her, but I think when you're doing a tribute to someone that's dead, generally it should be the person's peer," Iggy told Billboard.
Iggy Vs Lorde? (WENN)
"Lorde is not Kurt Cobain's peer. No matter if she killed the performance or not, I just don't think it's appropriate."
Ouch! Despite the fact Lorde's fellow performer on the night St. Vincent is just 31-years-old, Iggy had nothing to say on the rest of the singers who were paying tribute 20 years after the Nirvana's frontman's death.
We're waiting for Lorde, who's pretty well known for her outspoken attitude, to respond.
