Rob Kardashian has been hitting the headlines more for his weight gain than his sock business of late. The poor guy has gained a few pounds over the years, and has struggled to get back to his buff bod. Luckily for Rob, he's got an optimistic trainer in the shape of Gunnar Peterson, who promises that the star will get fit once more.
The 27-year-old has reportedly been hitting the gym harder than ever. It's not surprising given the rumours that he has attended both fat camp and rehab to battle to bulge, both of which Rob has denied on Twitter.
There have even been allegations that he missed big sister Kim Kardashian's wedding over an argument about his designer clothes not fitting.

Well, according to personal trainer Gunnar Peterson, soon the reality star will be able to wear what he pleases!
Talking to E! News the fitness fanatic shared: "He's such a good guy. Rob was a solid basketball player, a serious runner and he's a serious athlete. It's when life gets in the way, that's what makes it hard to get to the gym."
Apparently it is actually Rob's busy schedule and the paps that are hardest for the duo to navigate. Gunnar explained: "People forget. They think these people are walking around just being celebrities. He has a sock line, he has shows in progress, he has a lot of things going on. A lot.
"Here's a guy fighting paparazzi getting in and out of the gym. This guy is fighting through human walls, to get to the gym. A lot of people have blown off workouts with a lot less obstacles."

He evens urges people to use Rob as inspiration for their own work out regimes, adding that he thinks his client is an athlete.
"Every time you see a video of Rob going in or out of the gym," Peterson said. "Use that as motivation as yourself. Here's a guy having to drive through the paparazzi obstacle course to get to the gym. He's getting it in, you can get it in, too.
"Rob is such a solid guy, when he gets in here. I don't care if he weighs 50, 100 or 200 pounds. He works like an athlete. He never tries to beg out of a set. He never tries to hop off the cardio a minute or two before. He goes the distance every time."
So will we be seeing a buff Rob in the near future? Gunnar is extremely positive that the only male Kardashian will succeed with his weight loss goals.
He told E!: "There's no doubt in my mind. With 26 years of training experience of doing this, I can tell you without hesitation that Rob Kardashian will get back to his best shape ever. There's not one doubt in my mind."
