EastEnders actress Kellie Bright has revealed that she was pleasantly surprised at how nice her on screen husband Danny Dyer was in real life.
Talking to the Press Association, the actress who plays Linda Carter explained that she couldn't have asked for a better on screen partner.
She said: "I didn't think he'd be an ogre, but I thought he'd maybe be a little arrogant and selfish.
"But he's a dream. He's 10 million times nicer than I thought he was going to be. In fact, I couldn't have asked for a better TV husband."
Since arriving to Britain's most famous Square in Christmas 2013, the Carters have been at the centre of the show's most moving storylines, that include her on screen son, Johnny revealing hes gay.

The 37-year-old also stated that she doesn't agree with out her on screen persona has dealt with her son's sexuality, as Linda has struggle to come to terms with his homosexuality.
"I don't have the same opinions as Linda and I was a bit concerned about how it would come across," she explained.
"But you have to be able to reach everybody who watches the show and it wouldn't have been truthful if all the Carters had been pleased that Johnny is gay."
She added: "Linda wouldn't say she was homophobic, she just doesn't want it to be her son, which I believe is a far more common reaction of parents than we think.
