Today it's been reported that Dappy needed to sit on a copy of the Yellow Pages while appearing in court, because his 5ft 4in height was causing him to miss some of the action.
In pictures and on TV it can often be hard to gauge a celebrity's height - and there are some deceptively short stars whose height we've been a little surprised to learn.

At 5ft 8in, Simon Cowell has allegedly had to have a small booster seat on his chair on some of his talent competitions, perhaps to inject an air of authority to proceedings.
But he still towers above many other famous faces, with Tom Cruise standing at 5ft 7in and Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke at 5ft 6in along with the likes of Hunger Games hunk Josh Hutcherson.
Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe hasn't actually grown a great deal since he shot to fame as a child star, currently at 5ft 5in. Still, he towers above Dappy.
Shakira, meanwhile, is a pocket rocket at 5ft 3in along with the likes of Vanessa Hudgens, while musical legend Prince is 5ft 2in. Eva Longoria is a pint-sized beauty at 5ft 1in, and Kourtney Kardashian joins the likes of Kylie Minogue and Anna Kendrick at just 5ft. How many copies of the Yellow Pages would they need?
