She was said to have become embroiled in a row with Lindsay Lohan at the Chiltern Firehouse recently.
And Kate Moss certainly appeared to be in a hurry to get away from somewhere on Saturday as she was seen running to catch a cab in her heels.
The 40-year-old star was seen speeding towards the taxi in a casual ensemble made up of a blue and white striped top and a pair of tight-fitting jeans.

The model looked relieved as she made it to the door and climbed into the car.
Kate's blistering pace was not compromised despite her wearing a pair of black high heels.
This comes after she was said to have confronted Lindsay at the celebrity hotspot recently.

According to The Sun newspaper, the 40-year-old was not happy about the actress getting in touch with her husband Jamie Hince during her stay in the UK, after they met while working on some music last year.
A source told the publication: 'Lindsay and Kate had a huge row at the Chiltern Firehouse. People around them noticed it was going on.
'The argument went on for a while and Kate seemed extremely annoyed with Lindsay for contacting Jamie. She was ranting about it to fellow diners at the restaurant.'

They added: 'Kate wasn't happy when Lindsay arrived in the UK. There's no love lost between them and she knew they'd bump into each other eventually as they're both out on the town so much.'
Both the Mean Girls star and the model mother-of-one are regular visitors to the Chiltern Firehouse in Marylebone which is a celebrity hotspot, so it's a surprise they didn't bump into each other before.
At the end of last year Lindsay tweeted some images in a music studio – hinting at a secret project with Jamie.

She posted an image of The Kills' album Satellite on late Sunday night with the caption '#jamiehince #tomh #robbie #bigpink #studiotime.'
And just one day prior to that she mentioned the supermodel's better half again as she shared a shot of a pair of well worn shoes, which she captioned: 'Nice boots #jamiehince #thekills.'
Lindsay recently revealed that while she is in the UK, she will be making her West End debut in Speed-the-Plow.

On Friday the excited 27-year-old shared a picture of herself outside the stage door which she captioned: 'At work! First day.. Read through.'
Both Lindsay and Croydon-born Kate have been implicated in celebrity feuds over the years.
A spokesperson for both Lindsay and Kate have been contacted for comment.
