Chris Martin arrived back home in Los Angeles on Saturday after spending a week in Sydney, Australia.
The 37-year-old lead singer of Coldplay looked tanned as he carried his own luggage through an airport while wearing a Native American shirt.
Just days earlier People reported the musician may be getting back together with his estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow, who he has two young children with - 10-year-old daughter Apple and son Moses, aged eight.

Home sweet home: Coldplay frontman, 37-year-old Chris Martin, arrived back in Los Angeles after spending a week in Sydney, Australia with his bandmates
Los Angeles is where Chris and Gwyneth have been living all year after relocating from New York. After announcing their split, he chose to reside in Malibu while she stayed in their Brentwood mansion.
The Oscar-winning actress may not be back in LA yet, as on Thursday she was seen flying to New York alone, though it is possible she could have returned already.
The musician, who apparently packed light for his trip, was dressed in an ensemble that he wore for six days in a row. While laundry didn't appear to be one of his priorities, he did switch up his wardrobe at one point.

The split announcement: Chris and estranged wife Gwyneth Paltrow, 41, famously made the decision to 'consciously uncouple' three months ago
On June 17 the singer ditched his Native American-inspired jumper for a gray vest, which showed off his sculpted arms.
The band threw a big party in the streets for a part of their music video for A Sky Full Of Stars.
Gwyneth and Chris famously made the decision to 'consciously uncouple' three months ago, with Gwyneth posting the grandiloquent announcement on her blog.
In recent weeks the couple have been spotted acting like two married people in love, a sign that divorce may not be in their immediate future.
It's also come to light that Gwyneth never wanted to get divorced in the first place, as People reported.

'They haven't made any concrete decision to get back together, but it's a possibility,' a friend in Gwyneth's camp told the magazine. 'They're loving time together with and without the kids.'
A second source told People: 'She didn't want to end the marriage. He's been a great father and that has helped keep the flame alive.'
As luck would have it, the announcement of their separation in March perhaps served to rev up the romance they felt in the very beginning of their relationship.
Gwyneth and Chris are 'getting along really well,' People quoted the friend as saying.
The pair were recently spotted giggling together like a romantic couple as they sat close together eating a meal at Malibu Farm, in California.

According to The Mirror, the couple are already on course to re-coupling.
A friend said: 'It's true they had problems but in the weirdest way this "conscious uncoupling" situation has relieved the pressure on them.
'Gwyneth had ground rules about not immediately dating, respecting each other, keeping things happy for their two children and communicating throughout but it seems to have acted as a wake-up call.
'Chris still lives with her, they are amazingly lovey-dovey together and she still wears her wedding ring. They may have consciously uncoupled a few months ago – but they seem to be recoupling now. No one will be surprised if they get back together.'

The couple broke the news of their split with a statement on Gwyneth's lifestyle website GOOP in a post titled 'Conscious Uncoupling'.
They wrote: 'It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate.
'We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate.

The perfect split? Gwyneth and Chris have remained close since their split and are even still living together
'We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been.'
Appealing for privacy because they are 'parents first and foremost', they added: 'We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and co-parent, we will be able to continue in the same manner. Love, Gwyneth & Chris.'
