Men aren't meant to be the greatest at multitasking, however Channing Tatum appeared to prove this theory wrong when he stepped out on Thursday.
The hunky actor made sure he didn't bypass his fatherly duties when he headed out for a jog in Vancouver, and instead took his one-year-old daughter Everly along too.
The 34-year-old kept his muscly physique under wraps while pushing his only child with wife Jenna Dewan in her pram.

The Magic Mike star blended into the background, sporting a grey sweatshirt and matching beanie hat, as he made his way along the waters edge.
He teamed the number with a blue T-Shirt and long black shorts, while adding a splash of colour thanks to his fluorescent green trainers.
His actress wife, 33, didn't appear to be joining the pair for their outing, while only Everly's feet could be seen poking out from under her white blanket.

It has been a busy time of late for the A-Lister following the release of his comedy sequel, 22 Jump Street, alongside Jonah Hill.
The flick, released last week, won the Father's Day weekend race, topping the box office with an estimated $60 million.
It also grossed 65 percent higher than the first film, 21 Jump Street, which took in $36.6 million on its March 2012 debut weekend.

Channing stepped out with his stunning beau last week for the Los Angeles premiere of the movie, while looking dapper in a three-piece suit.
Step Up star Jenna meanwhile wowed in a pale pink, thigh-skimming and sequinned dress, which she teamed with matching Louboutin stilettos.
It has also been widely reported this week that Channing will appear in new NBC reality show, Running Wild With Bear Grylls, alongside Zac Efron, Ben Stiller, Tamron Hall, Deion Sanders and Tom Arnold, E! Online states.
