Sources suggest the new privacy rules could indicate he's planning to wed at his Italian home
George Clooney has been granted two new protection laws for his luxury villa at Lake Como, Italy, with the new privacy rules a possible indicator that he's planning to wed fiance Amal Alamuddin at his beautiful home.
The new laws, declared over the weekend, prevent fans and paps from getting close to his residence, Us Weekly report.
Sources confirm that Laglio Council have just approved the laws for the actor's lakeside mansion Villa Oleandra, with a fine of $500 euros in place for anyone who breaches them.
The laws prevent anyone from stopping on both the road outside his house, and the water directly in front of his villa, 24-hours a day and will remain in place until September 30.

While George and Amal are rumoured to be considering his Italian retreat as a wedding venue, Mayor of Laglio, Roberto Pozzi, has told Us that an official request to have the nuptials in Italy has not been lodged at present. "We have not received any formal requests yet," the Mayor said. "But we are ready for any requests."
Of the new laws at the villa the Mayor explained: "It is now completely forbidden to stop outside the entrance to Clooney's villa. It's a question of traffic and security. It is very dangerous and it's also an issue of privacy."
"We have never penalized anyone in the past," Pozzi added. "This type of action is designed to bring about a change in people's behavior and create a more peaceful environment. We have to guarantee privacy and security for George Clooney and his guests."
As well as the Lake Como property, George and Amal are also rumoured to be considering the star's house in celeb hotspot Cabo San Lucas, Mexico as another venue option.
They're certainly spoilt for choice!
