Lady Gaga has felt the wrath of animal rights organisation PETA, who were outraged to find the 'Applause' singer had accessorised her pet dog Asia with blinging costume jewellery, describing the eccentric star as "inhumane."
Much to the amusement of her Little Monsters, Gaga, 28, decided to play dress-up with one of her adorable pet French Bulldogs, dressing Asia up with necklaces and clip-in earrings and posting the photos on her Instagram page yesterday.

While it may have seemed like innocent fun at first, Gaga is now feeling the consequences of her actions with PETA launching an attack on her.
PETA's Senior Vice President of Cruelty Investigations Department, Daphna Nachminovitch, told Radar Online: "Lady Gaga may choose to decorate herself with elaborate and even uncomfortable outfits, but Asia doesn't get to make that choice.
"Although it seems pretty clear that Lady Gaga loves Asia, we think Asia - and all dogs - are adorable without all the added flair, and that the best accessory for any dog is a comfortable, secure, well-fitting harness, which is perfect for long walks together."

Of course, it's not the first time Gaga has had a run-in with PETA, as she was slammed in 2012 for wearing a bizarre fox head scarf. The animal organisation released a statement to Radar saying someone needs to "buy her a heart." Ouch!
Just the month before, she was targeted again for wearing a pink fur jacket which prompted them to label her a "turncoat."
