For the first time since he bailed on her wedding, Kim Kardashian has opened up about Rob Kardashian.
Appearing on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen yesterday, the reality star was asked why she comes across as "non-empathetic" when in regard to brother, who is clearly struggling with a number of issues and may have checked into rehab.
Kim initially said she is "so close" to Rob, who she considers among her "best friends," but...

"I'm definitely a tough love kind of person. If i don't like something that's going on in my life, I change it, and I don't sit and complain about it for a year."
Ouch! We're guessing Kim is referring to Rob's ballooning figure and she's definitely telling the truth.
She may be over the top about it, and she may be setting a horrible example for young women, but Kardashian is all about losing weight.
Kim added that she's never even talked to Rob about his decision to leave Europe the morning she married Kanye West, but he did write her a "long email" as an explanation.
"I just thought, 'You know what, this is my day, I'm not even going to worry about it,'" she told Cohen. "I totally understand that he wouldn't want to see a lot of people if he was feeling uncomfortable and you can only pray and wish that someone would not miss out on more memories in life, because life is about memories."
And also about making as much money off your name and your breasts as you possible can, she forgot to add.
In conclusion, "I try to encourage him," Kim said. "And once you don't make that change for so long, and it's not happening, I get frustrated. My patience runs out."
Just a few days ago, Rob gushed over Kim's daughter, North West, to which that Nori "loves her uncle Robby."
So it does seem as if all is okay between these siblings. But still... come on. Something had to have gone down between them on Kimye's wedding day!
