Who's Laughing Now? The X Factor's Most Successful Joke Acts
Aug 29th 2014, 12:50

The X Factor has returned to our screens this weekend and with the start of a new series, a new journey for one aspiring singer begins. But along the way, we are also introduced to hopefuls who have more of the entertainment factor than the X Factor.

Over the past 11 years that the X Factor has graced our screens, the live final shows have featured many acts who - if we're being honest - shouldn't have really been there. But there is no denying that those acts were the acts who made us ROFL.

Even Simon Cowell has admitted that he likes the joke acts when he told us earlier this week: "I think the thing with the show, is that if you made it too serious, it would be boring. I love the bad ones. I think this show is at its best when you see the good, the bad and the ugly and we'd be lying if we just said that everyone who turned up was great. It would be a very different show."

But whilst these joke acts made us laugh during their time on the show, it is them who have been having the last laugh with successful careers after the X Factor hullabaloo dies down.

Anyone remember Jedward and Chico?
