Miley Cyrus may have shot to fame on Hannah Montana, before then releasing a bunch of pop songs, but the singer has now ranted in a new interview about the fact that she's way more than just an "a** shaker" who struts her stuff on stage, despite her being known for her love of twerking.
Miley has certainly left her innocent, Disney days behind her, with her getting everybody talking over the past year or so with her outrageous behaviour and the singer wanted to make sure that absolutely everyone knows that she's no longer a naive teen, by telling V magazine that there's way more to her than just being a pop princess. As if we didn't know that, already, Miles!
Speaking out in the interview, that's accompanied by a rather raunchy soft toys and furry leotard cover shoot, she said in terms of her new persona: "I know that I'm not a pop pop dumb dumb. I know that I'm not. I'm a lot more than someone who just goes and shakes her a** onstage.

"It's just kind of funny to mess with people and rile them up because I'm actually the most chill person and it's just funny to watch the world get out of their minds over things that are so irrelevant and don't matter," Cyrus then added.
V magazine hasn't been the only publication that Miley's dished the dirt to recently, with her also speaking to Australia's Sunday Night, about the downsides of living in such a social media saturated industry, insisting that the likes of Twitter and Facebook is far more harmful than smoking marijuana.

Despite the Bangerz babe basically putting her entire life on Twitter and Instagram, she said: "I put some picture of me smoking weed … on my Instagram because I was brought up in the way that we never thought marijuana was bad," Cyrus said, of her constant drug references.
She then continued: "You know what hurts your brain? Googling yourself. You know what hurts your brain? Instagram. You know what hurts your brain? Reading comments on Facebook. You know what hurts your brain? Reading US Weekly."
Ouch! Does Miley have a point, though? Let us know your thoughts.
