Jimmy Kimmel and Molly McNearney welcomed a baby girl two weeks ago, right around the time Kimmel's late night show went on hiatus for two weeks.
Last night, Kimmel returned to live TV, armed with some incredibly cute photos of his new daughter, Jane.
Of course, this being Jimmy Kimmel, the tender moment was punctuated with plenty of hilarious jokes.

"We've been off work for the two last weeks," Kimmel said. "I actually got a lot done. I painted a mirror in my house, I grew this beard...oh, and I had a baby. My wife and I, we made it out of sex."
He went on to share some photos of his pride and joy, giving each shot the snarky treatment that's made him famous. Some highlights:
"We had a little girl, named her after my grandmother - her name is Grandma Kimmel."
"Here she is with a bow on. She's drunk as a skunk right there."
"She weighed six pounds, one ounce at birth. Twenty inches long. Just above the legal limit - sometimes they make you throw them back."
"I've been taking somewhere in the neighborhood of 10,000 pictures a day. She thinks I'm with TMZ now."
Hilarious stuff, as usual. This kid is in for a lifetime of laughs.
Kimmel and Molly McNearney married last year after meeting on set. It's the first child for McNearney, and the third for Jimmy, who is father to Kevin and Katie from his first marriage.
American Idol judge and all-around snarkmaster Simon Cowell was softened a bit by the birth of his son Eric Philip on February 14. What a Valentine for Simon and girlfriend Lauren Silverman.
