Lisa Vanderpump -- SELLING Villa Blanca Restaurant Jul 29th 2014, 23:47, by TMZ Staff Exclusive Details Lisa Vanderpump is selling Villa Blanca, the restaurant she made famous on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," TMZ has confirmed. Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Hilton & Hyland -- as in Rick Hilton -- has the listing. Lisa is coy about the sale, telling us she merely wanted an appraisal because people have expressed interest in buying the joint.  But our real estate sources say Hilton & Hyland have the deal and are actively looking for a buyer. The move comes weeks after  the restaurant was socked with a $100,000 punitive damage judgment.   Former waitress Karina Bustillo won that plus another $6K in her sexual harassment lawsuit.  Interesting Lisa didn't give realtor Mauricio Umansky -- Kyle Richards' hubby -- the listing.
