Tallulah Willis reportedly was given an ultimatum by her famous parents Bruce Willis and Demi Moore to enter rehab for help with alcohol and drug issues.
The 20-year-old allegedly checked herself into celebrity treatment center The Meadows in Arizona in late July to deal with alcohol and cocaine abuse.
'Tallulah was pretty much given an ultimatum. Her parents were about to take everything from her,' a family insider told People in an article on Thursday.

A former high school classmate also said Moore's hospitalisation and rehab stint in 2012 weighed heavily on her.

'She was very open about Demi's issues and would sort of imply, ''Of course I have issues too, look at my mom,''' the source said.
Moore has been feeling 'so much guilt about Tallulah spiraling out of control like she did,' a source told Star magazine, which first reported that Tallulah had entered rehab.

The movie star allegedly threatened to cut Tallulah off financially if she didn't change her ways, but her cocaine habit reportedly only worsened, especially after she moved from Los Angeles to New York City in June.
Tallulah apparently opened up about her alleged addiction to her famous mother, 51, who encouraged her to seek help.

Tallulah made headlines earlier this week after she stripped down to her bra and panties in an effort to raise awareness about body dysmorphia, which she was diagnosed with at age 13.
She discussed her teenage insecurities for a StyleLikeU video interview posted Monday.
'I struggled a lot when I was younger,' the green-tressed beauty revealed, removing her oversized dark denim jacket.
'I was trapped in this body. I started starving myself and losing a bunch of weight and I got down to like 95 pounds. When I lost my curves and when my boobs shriveled up into like nothing and I had no shape. It put me in even more of a cage.'
