Tallulah Willis, the youngest daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, was given an ultimatum by them to seek help following her recent bizarre behavior.
"Tallulah was pretty much given an ultimatum," a family insider tells People of the 20-year-old. "Her parents were about to take away everything from her."
Amid reports that Tallulah Willis is in rehab, the younger sibling of Rumer Willis and Scout Willis is "getting help," of some kind, multiple sources say.
Willis Tweeted "bai bai" on July 23, going radio silent ever since. Prior to that, Tallulah went off on tabloids, blaming them for her body dysmorphia.
A source says she was "adversely affected" by her parents' divorce in 2000 and a former classmate says her mother's rehab stint in 2012 also weighed heavily.
"When Demi was hospitalized, Tallulah didn't show up to school for days because she was so embarrassed," the high school friend recalls.

Another source says that the young Willis often seemed "lost," adding, "The constant and self-centered worry over her looks mirrors her mother."
Whatever the intertwining causes, things have not been going well for Willis.
Sources say that both Demi and Bruce have visited her at a treatment center, but one insider says that the parents have two very different approaches.
"If Bruce suspected that Tallulah had any kind of substance abuse problem, he would have demanded for her to get help," the Moore source says.
"Demi's take is that Tallulah is still very young and trying to find herself."
Lindsay Lohan has been to a rehab six times. She completed a mandatory 90-day stint in the summer of 2013.
