Justin Bieber is constantly hounded by the paparazzi, but things got a little out of hand earlier this week, when the superstar found himself in yet another, super dangerous situation.

Biebs has ranted about pap chases in the past, and he's been involved in minor accidents previously, but when one photographer took things a little too far earlier this week the Baby singer felt the need to take to his Twitter profile to say that his life was constantly being put in danger.

And Justin felt so strongly about the recent chase, that he even referenced the tragic Princess Diana paparazzi crash, claiming that enough is enough, and somebody is eventually going to end up seriously hurt.

He posted: "There should be laws against what I just experienced. We should have learned from the death of Princess Diana... "

...I don't have a problem with Paparazzi but when they act recklessly they put us all in danger."

Diana died whilst fleeing from paparazzi in Paris, back in 1997.

What do you think? Is it time people gave Bieber a break?

Paparazzi chases aside, the singer also hit headlines yesterday, after police were called when he visited a Hollywood restaurant with on/off lover, Selena Gomez. Whilst there a member of Biebs' team reportedly tried to take a phone from somebody who was trying to take sneaky snaps.

Despite the media obviously picking up on the drama, police officer Sara Faden has since told The Los Angeles Times: "There's been no theft, no scuffle and no crime occurred."

An LAPD spokeswoman did confirm to the Mail Online that officers were called to the restaurant at around 9.30pm, though. The spokesperson has also since added that the incident was a "big lot of nothing."
