Kim Kardashian has revealed she is going to be returning to acting announcing that she'll will be following in Lindsay Lohan's footsteps to film a guest stint on the hit US sitcom 2 Broke Girls.
While we love seeing Kim let her hair down, we're not sure acting is really the right path for her. If you haven't seen Kim's disastrous performance in Tyler Perry's Temptation just don't! Well, it's worth a bit of a giggle but we promise you'll never see the reality star in the same light again.
Mrs West was named Worst Supporting Actress at the 2014 Razzie Awards for her "vapid, nasty and awful" display, as one critic called her, so forgive us if we have our reservations at seeing Kim return to our screens in hit CBS comedy.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star broke the news on Twitter, posting: "'Shooting an episode of #2BrokeGirls with @OfficialKat & @BethBehrs! Can't wait for you to see it 10/27 @ 8pm on #CBS."

At least Kim is a bit of a veteran when it comes to the small screen, previously appearing on hit shows including Drop Dead Diva and Tina Fey's prestigious comedy 30 Rock.
Let's just hope she goes down better than Lindsay on the show who was slated for her wooden performance and alleged diva antics on set which were said to have put a halt to filming last year. Although leading cast mates Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs were swift to deny this.
Thankfully Kim wont have to stretch herself too hard as executive producer of the series, Michael Patrick King confirmed the megastar will be playing herself in the episode when she shows up at a cupcake shop owned by 2 broke girls Max and Caroline.

According to the exec, Kim loved her time on the show and was a really great sport on set. "There are the typical '2 Broke Girls' jokes all about [the Kardashians] in the episode," he told TVLine. "So it's fun to see someone have a great sense of humor about herself. She read the script, she thought it was funny and she came. We could've [shot] the exact same [episode] without her — but she was the cherry on top."
You'll be able to catch Kim Kardashian's appearance on 2 Broke Girls when the episode airs in the US on Monday, October 27.
