'We All Did Dumb Stuff In College' May 1st 2014, 15:51, by TMZ Staff Don't let one moment of SHELLFISH STUPIDITY ruin your opinion of Jameis Winston ... so says NFL legend Phil Simms who tells us everyone does dumb stuff in college.  Simms was out in NYC this morning ... when he told us Winston deserves forgiveness for jacking crabs and crawfish from a Florida supermarket this week.  "He's a young kid ... we all did stuff in college that we always regret." As for whether crab-gate will affect Winston's NFL draft stock next year, Phil says he's 100% certain about the answer. Check out the clip.
