After being attacked on the red carpet of the Maleficent premiere in Los Angeles last night, Brad Pitt is fighting back.
Legal system style!
The actor has been granted a temporary restraining order against Vitalii Sediuk, the infamous Ukrainian prankster who flew past security and actually made contact with Pitt's face on Wednesday evening.
Don't worry, ladies, the glorious mug did not suffer any damage.
Brad Pitt Attacked by Prankster
The current protective order is valid for five days and was offered to Pitt by LAPD officers after they arrested Sediuk at the scene.
Pitt will need to ask a judge in court for an extended order next week if he desires one.
An onlooker confirms to E! News that Sediuk jumped a rope and came flying at the A-lister. He knocked Pitt's glasses off his face, but cops quickly swarmed the area and took Sediuk down.
He was booked for battery and is being held on $20,000 bail.
Pitt continued to walk the red carpet and wave to fans after the crazy incident. Because he's Brad Pitt and he's just that cool.
Sediuk is the same moron who tried to kiss Will Smith during a movie premiere in Moscow in 2012. The guy is more desperate for attention than Kim Kardashian.
