Even strict marijuana laws couldn't keep Snoop Dogg away from South Korea to shoot a music video with that country's most popular export -- and, of course, to party his ass off too.
Psy was heading out of LAX Saturday when he told us his new song with Snoop will be released next week ... and unlike his previous hits, the song "Hangover" has a hip hop vibe to it.
The "Gangnam Style" singer described what it was like partying with Snoopzilla in S.K. -- and, as you'd expect ... the rapper knows how to rip it up no matter where he is.
Now, if Snoop could just get that little guy in North Korea to chill ...
