Pilar Sanders -- Deion's ex-wife -- just filed paperwork claiming she's a Moorish National Aboriginal, and therefore doesn't answer to U.S. courts.
If this sounds like a clever way around a divorce court ruling that cut her off from Deion's millions ... that's only because it probably is. Also ... it probably won't work.
