Khloe Kardashian definitely has a unique sense of humor. While most people would find getting arrested a serious matter, Khloe seems to find it somewhat humorous.
The reality TV star decided to wish Scott Disick Happy Birthday today, however, she didn't simply tweet a nice message to him. She posted a photo on instagram of both of their mugshots.
