An original draft of lyrics for Bob Dylan's classic song 'Like A Rolling Stone' will go up for auction this summer almost 50 years after he wrote the manuscript.
The 72-year-old singer put pen to paper in 1965 and wrote the lyrics for what has become one of the most popular songs of all time.

Sotheby's has now gotten hold of the original lyric sheets written by Dylan himself and are offering one lucky person the chance to snap them up for an estimated $1 million $2 million.
The working draft is written in pencil and spreads across four sheets of paper belonging to the Roger Smith hotel in Washington D.C. Also seen on the scripts are doodles of a hat, an animal with antlers and a bird, in addition to numerous revisions and additions to the lyrics.
Some of the lyrics seen on the paper include: "How does it feel to be on your own" and "no direction home like a complete unknown like a rolling stone."
Al Capone's name can be seen scrawled in the margin of one of the papers while he also writes: "...dry vermouth, you'll tell the truth..."
The song was written by Dylan when he was 24 and became his first major hit in the US, peaking at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and number four in the UK.
Sotheby's has described the owner and seller of the drafts as a huge fan of Dylan's from California "who met his hero in a non-rock context and bought directly from Dylan."
His identify has not been revealed. According to the auctioneer, it is "the only known surviving draft of the final lyrics for this transformative rock anthem."
The auction will take place in New York on June 24.
