Laura Govan didn't need Ray J's help after he rammed into her her during a recent softball game ... 'cause she's a gangsta.
We ran into the former "Basketball Wives: LA" star -- more gently than Ray -- and asked her about the incident at a charity celebrity game. Laura said Ray J "could've been more respectful ... he just ran my ass over!"
Just as important, for Ray J's sake … is what Laura's fiancé Gilbert Arenas thought about the hit.
