Britney Spears has confirmed that she is officially back on the market, revealing she has split with long-term boyfriend David Lucado.
The singer is said to be "heartbroken" following the break up but thankfully has her two boys and showstopping Las Vegas residency to keep her occupied.
The 'Toxic' chart-topper broke the news on Twitter, updated her 38.6 million followers on her current relationship status by tweeting: "Ahhhh the single life!"

Britney and David became close just weeks after her split from fiancée and former agent Jason Trawick at the beginning of last year, but the pop princess has now reportedly called quits on their relationship after Lucado was allegedly filmed cheating on his megastar girlfriend.
As source tell E! News that poor Brit is: "Heartbroken. She is in Vegas. But she will get through it. She's a strong girl and he was never right for her".
