Jimmy Kimmel will really need some parenting tips now:
The late night host and wife Molly McNearney welcomed their first child together in California last night, Kimmel's rep has confirmed to multiple outlets.
Kimmel himself then added via Twitter:
"Congratulations to my beautiful and very tough wife Molly on delivering our baby girl this morning. Thanks for all your kind baby wishes - turns out, not ALL tweets are mean!"
HA! That's a reference to Kimmel's winning, ongoing sketch "Celebrities Read Mean Tweets."
The talk-show host has two children – son Kevin, 20, and daughter Katie, 22 – from his previous marriage.
And McNearney has a sense of humor, too. After having the baby, she Tweeted:
"Kids, don't do drugs. Until you have a baby. Then do ALL OF THEM."
American Idol judge and all-around snarkmaster Simon Cowell was softened a bit by the birth of his son Eric Philip on February 14. What a Valentine for Simon and girlfriend Lauren Silverman.
