Joan Rivers is known for her honesty, and it looks like no one is safe from her words, even her friend and fellow Fashion Police host Giuliana Rancic.
Joan Rivers was asked about Giuliana Rancic's newly blonde hairstyle, and the "tell it like it is" host was quick to admit she's not a fan of the new do. Speaking to E! News, she admitted she thought the color didn't match Giuliana's skin tone.
"I don't like it," she admitted. "I think for her skin tone, I like her better dark. But it's up to her and Bill [Rancic]."

Giuliana, on the other hand, is proud of the big change. Speaking on E! last week, she explained why she wanted blonde locks.
"I'm a big fan of 'go big or go home,' so I don't wanna do like wishy-washy. If I'm gonna do blond, I wanna do blond," she said. "So I'm thinking, I don't know, I want a change. Hair is temporary, it's not like plastic surgery, so it's fun to change your hair here and there."

Surprisingly, it turns out that her husband Bill had no idea that she was going to dye it. She wanted it to be a surprise.
"I think when you're married that long you gotta keep surprising him," she explained. "He should never walk in and know who he's going to meet."
Let's hope it was a pleasant surprise!
