They say eavesdropping is sometimes the only way to found out the truth but as it's also known the truth can be a bitter pill to to swallow.
Sadly for Helen Wood in tonight's episode of Big Brother that is exactly what happened when she secretly listened in on a conversation that Ashleigh Coyle and Chris Wright were having about her.
The 27-year-old from Bolton was left seeing red after she heard the pair discuss what they really thought about her just moments after Chris revealed he thought she was the 'hottest housemate'.

Following a few drinks Chris revealed to Helen that he thought she was the 'hottest housemate' as she complained about how her looks had taken a downward slide.
Quickly sharing the news Helen told Winston what Chris had said to her as she walked away into the garden while Chris told Ashleigh, who quickly disagreed with an 'eww'.
Changing the tone of the discussion quickly as they washed up in the kitchen, Chris and Ashleigh spoke about how on the outside world they doubted they would get along with Helen.

Up for nomination: Day 63 saw the housemates take on a task to put the prize money by £25,000
Catch 22... Chris was picked by Christopher, Mark, Pav and Winston to face the public vote alongside them and in the process he added £10,000 to the total winnings
Unbeknown to the pair, Helen was secretly listening on in the toilet and took offence to their conversation as Chris went on to say that if they were still in school the salon owner would have been a 'nightmare'
He added: 'No question she would have been an absolute t***pot'.
Returning to bathroom to be with Ash, a shocked Helen exclaimed: 'Wow! I just listened to me getting sl*gged off to f***!'
Still annoyed by what she heard, she said of Ashleigh:'I wanna smash her f***ing head in', and described the pair as 'c***s'.
Kiss and makeup: Following yet another argument, Mark and Christopher made a mends

Tonight's episode also saw the power returned to the house as the contestants had a chance to up the prize money with an additional £25,000.
Mark, Christopher, Pav and Winston, who are currently up for the public vote, nominated Chris to join them and in the process he won the added an extra £10,000 to the winnings.
As part of the task, Chris, Christopher and Mark also got a chance to see their friends and family at a cost of £20 a second out from a total of £6,000 most of which Mark used up.
