Taylor Swift is headed to NBC.
The artist, whose latest single has hit number-one, will act as an advisor on the upcoming season of The Voice.
This is the same capacity in which Coldplay singer Chris Martin served on Season 6, as he took contestants across all four teams under his talented wing and offered them advice.
We're guessing she prefers singing.
Swift will be working with panelists Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, as well as new coaches Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams this fall.
T. Swizzle performed back on Season 4 of this singing competition and joins previously-announced advisors Stevie Wonder (who is teaming with Levine), Gavin Rossdale (working with his wife Stefani), Little Big Town (with Shelton) and Alicia Keys (working with Williams).
The Voice kicks off on September 22 and Swift will release her fifth studio album (and her first all-pop album) about a month later.
Led by the smash single "Shake It Off," 1989 will hit stores on October 27.
