He's a legend on the cricket field, and his quest for love has itself become something of legend.
Luckily for Shane Warne, he's got friends willing to aid him, with Nova's Fitzy & Wippa helping devise a strategy for Warney to woo the newly single Sofia Vergara.
When the prized radio duo said they'll try and organize something between the two, the 44-year-old said 'I owe you one if you can set anything up,' flatteringly adding 'she's reallly, really cool!'

I'll give it a go! Shane Warne appeared on Nova's Fitzy & Wippa on Wednesday and set his love sights on the newly single Sofia Vergara at the suggestion of Michael 'Wippa' Wipfli
On the market! Vergara, seen here in April, broke up with her fiance Nick Loeb last week
And when Ryan 'Fitzy' Fitzgerald joked that Warney had about a million in one chance, the former cricketer was quick to defend himself.

Happier days: Sofia and her now ex-fiance Nick at the Golden Globes in January. She announced their split through WhoSay last Saturday
On Saturday Vergara announced, though WhoSay, that after being engaged for two years she and Loeb had split.
The Modern Family star blamed the relationship's collapse on their inability to balance their professional and personal lives together.
Meanwhile, Warne has been enjoying the single life, having a party thrown for him by the spin bowler's self-appointed wingman, Triple M broadcaster Mick Molloy, in hopes that he might find love.
He was seen at the event, which also raised money for his charity The Shane Warne Foundation, cuddling up with the DJ of the night, former Playboy model Emily Scott.
