Almost immediately upon arriving in the Irish city, fictional sightings took over the internet with each new 'report' upping the satirical ante in the rapidly spreading memes.

The Waterford Whispers News published a light-hearted report pretending to claim that the 33-year-old reality star had 'found herself posterially wedged' between two stalagmites at the Ailwee caves in County Clare.
The publication went on to playfully allege that Kim had become, 'utterly stuck after misjudging the width of a passageway.'
The Waterford Whispers then asserted that most people's shoulders are wider than their hips but that 'Mrs. West is a lady whose proportions are the exception to this rule, and she found herself in a lot of bother'.
