Teddy B was out in NYC this weekend -- after being selected as the final pick in the 1st round the of the NFL Draft ... and with all the raging parties around town, we had to ask how he celebrated.
Let's put it this way -- Johnny and Teddy both passed out that night ... but only one of 'em woke up with a hangover.
