We got hold of Rowan's contract -- which guarantees her a 6-figure jackpot because the series has reportedly been picked up for 21 episodes ... meaning she'll pocket a cool $210,000 -- just for the first season.
Rowan -- who plays Cory and Topanga's daughter on the show -- stands to make even more if they decide to make a movie based on the TV show ... 'cause she'll collect another $150K, on top of her TV paycheck.
