May 13th 2014, 15:47, by TMZ Staff She can't hit ... she can't field ... but no one packs Dodger Stadium like Hello Kitty ... and Andre Ethier knows it.  It's true ... the Dodgers have been doing a Hello Kitty giveaway night for years -- and they're always extremely popular.
