Giovanna and Tom Fletcher plus their little baby boy called Buzz; they are quite possibly the cutest family in celebdom. In a new interview, Giovanna reveals that Tom fed her jelly babies whilst she was in labour, and why she chose to go natural with her birth plan.
What with their adorable video announcing Giovanna's pregnancy to Tom's amazing grooms' speech at their wedding, this celeb couple are definitely our favourite OTP. However, one thing the pair had yet to open up about was their birthing experience.
Author Giovanna gave birth to the gorgeous Buzz Michelangelo Fletcher in March earlier this year, and now the 29-year-old has explained how she coped during her "intense" labour.

Talking to OK! Magazine Mrs Fletcher said: "My labour was intense with no drugs."
She then added that she used a technique, called hypnobirthing, to help her through the pain.
"Hypnobirthing is about listening to your body. I felt like I'd taken all the drugs on earth because your body produces its own pain relief," she said.
But in typical Tom style, the McBuster singer kept his wife amused during the birthing process in a rather unusual way. Giovanna shared: "Tom fed me Jelly Babies in labour."
The new mum is clearly still getting used to life with little Buzz. With the release of her new book, The One That I Want, Giovanna has had to juggle her working life with her role as a mummy.
