The eligible bachelor also insisted that he is ready to find love again, adding: "Absolutely, that's why I am doing it. I believe in the process I believe in what I went through on the previous show and that's why I am doing it I wouldn't do it if I didn't feel like..."
Happy to hear that Chris got the gig, Andi who has been head over in heels in love with Josh Murray after picking him as her Mr Right in The Bachelorette finale, took to Twitter to post: "Congrats to the new Bachelor, C_Soules! So excited for you!!! Some woman is going to be very lucky if she wins that heart of yours! 🌹". Juan Pablo Galavis, who was the previous Bachelor, also shared his kind words after hearing the news.

Whilst members of The Bachelor/ Bachelorette alumni tweeted Chris about his good news, Sean Lowe offered some tips to Chris, on his official blog. "Don't kiss someone when the other girls are watching", Sean advised before adding that the tip was from personal experience. He also insisted that Chris will need to have fun and relax during the process for it to be fun.
Sean, who is married to Catherine after falling in love with her when he was The Bachelor also warned Chris "not to do anything stupid" in the fantasy suite, as well as telling Chris that he had to be honest with the women he will send home.
