Keith Urban most likely expected his show in Boston to be run-of-the-mill last weekend but disaster struck suddenly when more than 20 people were taken ill and rushed to hospital while another 50 attendees were arrested at the venue.
The country music star, 46, brought his Raise 'Em Up tour to the Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts, on Saturday night, but it quickly turned sour when dozens of concert-goers urgently needed medical treatment.

According to Reuters, fire and emergency services from five towns responded to calls for assistance at the outdoor arena and transported 22 people to nearby hospitals where they are said to have been treated for mostly alcohol-related illnesses.
More than 50 people were reportedly arrested and taken into protective police custody, overwhelming the emergency services who then called in for help from various other areas.
A statement released by officials said: "Last evening's Keith Urban concert was not anticipated to present with the volume of issues handled."
Keith is yet to speak publicly on the incident, although he revealed he had a great night in an Instagram video which he posted after the gig.

"What a great night tonight. It was killer. Gosh, up on the lawn tonight, that was nutso. It was so cool. Anyway, if you came tonight, thank you very much for giving us all the love and energy. Boston Strong, I love you. Night-night," Keith said in the video.
Keith, who is married to Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman, was confirmed last month to be returning to his role as a judge on the new season of American Idol alongside Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr.
