She's usually seen showing off her agility and flexibility in various complex body contortions.
But for her latest stretching tutorial snap Hilaria Baldwin enlisted her adorable baby daughter Carmen to display a very basic posture.
In the photo posted to Instagram on Sunday, the 30-year-old watches as her 11-month-old little girl strikes Tadasana/mountain pose, which is the starting position for all standing poses.

Hilaria kept an eye on her bundle of joy while decked out in a grey off-the-shoulder T-shirt with the words Yoga Vida emblazoned across the front, as she hold's on to her daughter's stroller.
Meanwhile Carmen was as cute as can be in a Little Mermaid T-shirt while standing straight as she held on to her toy baby stroller.
Although Tadasana may appear as if one is simply standing, to do it properly requires a series of steps to get the body in perfect alignment, according to yogajournal.com.

On Saturday, it was her pet dog Dama who got a starring role in Hilaria's latest stretch-fest.
The mother-of-one literally bent over backwards as the white fluffy pooch perched on top. She captioned the snap: '"Ok, mom...stretch a little deeper...inhale, exhale..." Dama has taught me everything I know.'
Clad in black leggings and a comfy white sweater, Hilaria arched her back and impressively balanced her hands on her feet.

Adding even more zaniness to the setup, the 30-year-old beauty was not only barefoot, but also sipped from a smoothie that sat on the on the ground.

The yoga teacher was shown arching her back and neck wearing a skimpy two-piece swimsuit opening her throat chakras in a swimming pool.
