Britney Spears has certainly had her ups and downs when it comes to her weight, but she could not have looked in better shape on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old did what most celebrities fear the most - revealed a completely unretouched image of herself in her underwear.
Posting the image on her Instagram, it was clear to see the Oops... I Did It Again singer's hard work in the gym and gruelling performance schedule has paid off.

Wearing just a pair of black panties and a cropped purple marle long sleeved shirt, it was plain to see the star has been doing her stomach crunches.
Looking like she did a decade ago, Britney's stomach is perfectly flat while her legs are toned and defined in the shot, which was a picture of the back of a camera during the shoot.
Despite being in her smalls, Britney looks relaxed and comfortable as she rests her hands on the top of her head and smiles straight at the camera.
The star was photographed by celebrity snapper Jeff Lipsky and the Hold It Against Me star said she was very proud of herself for everything she has done during her short break from her Las Vegas, Nevada, residency.

The 32-year-old wrote: 'Amazing amazing shoot with @jefflipsky today! Been working hard this summer! So ready to bring it for the next round of #PieceOfMe shows next week.'
The pop icon - who is preparing to launch her own lingerie line - had a busy day on Wednesday, as besides the sexy photo shoot, she also found time to spend with her love David Lucado.
The couple headed out to run some errands in Thousand Oaks, California, late in the afternoon.

As they grabbed their shopping from Vons, Britney proved the underwear shot was all her by showing off her legs in a short floral romper.
The star coordinated the embroidered-edged one piece with a pair of white leather and cork platforms, white sunglasses and a straw fedora.
David meanwhile, donned a pair of checked blue shorts with a pink polo and a page boy cap.
Britney will be back in Vegas on August 15 to continue with her Pieces Of Me residency at Planet Hollywood Casino.
