Because the teen in question was Kylie Jenner of course. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star celebrated her birthday in Los Angeles over the weekend and from a video taken at the bash, it wasn't exactly a low-key kind of birthday. The teen can be seen in a dark club, dancing barefoot on stage while receiving a birthday cake. Apparently Justin Bieber sang, happy birthday at the bash, but all you can hear from the video is her friends chanting "shots".
