The debate about whether or not paparazzi take things too far to get that all important celebrity snap is an ongoing one, and the latest star to be a victim of their activities is Selena Gomez, who got into a minor accident when she was running errands over the weekend.
Selena took to her Twitter account following the incident to fill her followers in on why the whole thing happened, with her making a joke about the accident, despite it being quite a serious matter.
She posted: "Only I'd get into an accident because of men with cameras who have great careers and offer the couple a package at Burke Williams. Oh LA."
Obviously, photographers were then quick to document the incident, taking snaps and sharing them online.

The Come And Get It singer is said to have backed into a member of the public when she was leaving a convenience store on Sunday, with there being some damage to the left rear of the singer's car.
This certainly isn't the first time that a celebrity has had issues with paparazzi when it comes to driving, with them very often even putting their lives in danger, some would argue.

Selena's on/off beau Justin Bieber very often finds himself at the centre of pap issues, with him also being involved in a car accident, in June this year, after his car was forced to drive faster than usual to avoid persistent photographers.
Biebs has been caught on camera pleading with paps to give him a break, previously, and he was even pushed too far last year, when he was caught on camera telling a photographer that he was going to "f**k him up" when he allegedly told him to get back to his own country.

The singer posted, when the pap attention got really tough, last year: "Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me...
"Sometimes when people r shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling the worst thing possible at u...well I'm human. Rough week. Not gonna let them get the best of me again. Gonna get focused on this show tonight. Adrenaline is high now. Gonna put it on the stage. Only way someone can break u is if u let them (sic)," Biebs then added.
Justin doesn't always help himself, with him often being snapped partying with an array of beautiful ladies, peeing in buckets, and even getting into fights with Orlando Bloom...but, does he really deserve to be followed and attacked 24/7? What do you think?

The likes of Halle Berry and Jennifer Garner have spoken out previously about their issues with paparazzi attention, with them saying that when it comes down to their family lives, photographers need to back off.
Garner has said, in a bid to protect celebrities' children from harassment by photographers: "I don't want a gang of shouting, arguing, law-breaking photographers to camp out everywhere we are, all day every day, to continue traumatising my kids."

It may be slightly different to car crashes, but it's all definitely a sign that paps should maybe back off a little. Do you agree?
