But most who view the star's upcoming movie (Sex Tape, opposite Jason Segel) will likely be focusing on a different part part. Or different body parts, we should say.
Diaz gets totally naked for the film.

"It's a first for me," Diaz tells Esquire. "But Jason [Segel] gets naked, too. It's just a part of the role… I mean, you see everything."
Another first for the gorgeous star? She pretended to give birth for a scene.
"Me acting like I'm trying to push a basketball out of my vajoon," says Diaz. "Crazy shit, right? And the thing is, I always take a moment to say, 'We're lucky. This is a great job. A fun job."
You've gotta love Cameron Diaz, don't you? She gives great interview.
But she won't be giving any babies her breast milk.
"I like protecting people, but I was never drawn to being a mother," the star explains. "I have it much easier than any of them. That's just what it is. Doesn't mean life isn't sometimes hard. I'm just what I am. I work on what I am.
"Right now, I think, things are good for me. I've done a lot. And I don't care anymore."
