In the graphic six-second clip, the former reality star, 28, can be seen performing an intimate act on her 24-year-old ex-boyfriend Jake McLean.
The video was recorded in the bedroom of the home Lauren shared with property developer Jake before they split eight months ago.
The former reality star is unaware she is being filmed on a mobile phone during the clip but became aware of its existence after it was circulated amongst her social circle and she began receiving calls from strangers who had seen the film.

Lauren told The Sun on Sunday: "It is mortifying and humiliating. I've got no control over the situation I am in. I feel powerless. My private life has been invaded in the most horrible way. I can even see how some girls would feel suicidal and not be able to cope in this situation."
The former Dancing On Ice contestant is unsure if she is a victim of the "revenge porn" craze following her split from Jake as she does not know if it was Jake who leaked the footage.
Lauren says Jake has sent her numerous text messages apologising but she admits she is upset as she completely trusted him and thought their relationship was set to last.
The clip was sent by mobile messaging services, text message and email and was accompanied with Lauren's phone number.

An angry Lauren said: "A friend called me and said, 'Have you heard there's a sexual video of you going around?' I asked what she was talking about – and said I had never done a video. I got her to send it to me.
"I realised it was over a year old – and I was unaware of it even existing. I was thinking, 'How the hell have you got that?' Then my sister and other friends started calling me. I realised it had gone around like wildfire."
Lauren admits she's disgusted by some of the responses she's had from the messages which include graphic images, prompting her to threaten to call the police on some of those who contacted her.

The television personality accepts that it may not be ex Jake who distributed the video but is very concerned about how it will affect her future.
She said: "I've got family – little sisters and a nan and a dad. I don't want to even think about them knowing about this.
"I'm worried now because if I do start dating someone else I have got to explain this situation to them. Anyone going out with someone doesn't want to think of them with someone else, especially their ex. How am I going to explain this video? It will be awful."
Lauren was told by her lawyer she couldn't do anything to stop the video being sent between people privately and has called for the police to take action on people sending out such videos without permission.
