Selena Gomez stepped out in New York on Tuesday night after spending the weekend in Canada with on/off boyfriend Justin Bieber and with pictures of the couple holding hands at Ontario airport, we're guessing they're very much an item again.
But it wasn't all good, the brunette was also present when Bieber was arrest for assault and dangerous driving on Friday as confirmed by the 20 year-old's lawyer in a statement regaring the incident.

Putting the incident behind her, the beauty headed out in a black croptop, patterned mustard trousers and did manage a smile as she made her way into her mid-town hotel.

So should we expect the gorgeous pair to be holding hands on a red carpet soon? Selena and Justin have been on/off since their "official" split in December 2012, so it's hard to know if this is 'Jelena' back on or just a cosy weekend catch up.
Both are pretty private about the relationship, probably explaining the heated incident between the couple and paparazzi. According to Justin's legal team both Selena and Justin co-operated with police and made statements about the incident last week.
