In an uncharacteristic display of generosity, Ariana performed for free, but that doesn't mean she didn't make the hotel's staff pay with her monstrous, egotistical behavior.
In fact, this story probably doesn't even rank amongst Ari's top five diva-tantrums, which is saying something, but the witness accounts are pretty darn unflattering:
"Before she left she made security clear out the entire lobby," says one onlooker. "Even if you were a guest at the hotel, you had to clear out."
The Grande Dame then went and took over a public bathroom with the help of her giant crew of handlers and wranglers.
"She had an entourage of 21 people with her," says one witness. "Maybe more, I stopped counting."
Next, like an even tinier Napoleon, Ari moved on to conquer the largest room in the hotel:
"Ariana took over a huge conference room and turned it into a dressing room. Basically 3,000 square feet of hotel space was hers. The hotel was cleared from 1:30 am on."
